Every chapter has dialogues and phrase banks you can use straight away. You'll also learn about two free government services: the Adult Migrant English Program (AMEP) and TIS National.
By the end you will be able to:

- answer and make work phone calls, take and leave clear messages, and say names, numbers, dates and times in Australian formats
- write clear, polite work emails and messages with a good structure, a clear request and the right tone
- give opinions, agree and disagree politely, and take turns in meetings using suitable phrases
- understand and confirm instructions, read common safety signs and forms, and report a problem clearly
- recognise common features of Australian spoken English and workplace idioms, and identify free help, including the AMEP and TIS National
What's included: 6 narrated video lessons with captions, interactive drag-and-drop activities and practice checks, a participant book (PDF) to keep, an online final quiz (marked automatically, 3 attempts, 80% to pass) and a Certificate of Completion.
